In Okayama prefecture, people walking on rainy nights will sometimes feel something like a small furry animal
rubbing against their shins or coiling about their ankles. It is not often seen, but it is reported to look
something like a dog and maybe something like a cat but is not actually either.

It is especially fond of hindering the movement of people in a hurry, and if you run too fast the sune-kosuri
will send you tumbling.
